With the UK identified as a key growth market, we're expanding our footprint in London and are looking for an energetic, well connected London Account Manager to help us build a strong presence across the city.
About the Role
As London Account Manager, you will play a key role in growing NEFT Vodka's visibility and availability in London's on-trade and premium off-trade accounts. This field-based role is ideal for someone with experience in the drinks industry who thrives in a customer-facing, fast-paced environment.
You'll work closely with venue managers, buyers, and distributor reps to open new accounts, support activations, and build long-term brand advocacy.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow a portfolio of key on-trade and off-trade accounts across London
* Open new doors in target venues (bars, restaurants, hotels, and select retail)
* Conduct staff trainings, tastings, and events to drive product awareness and advocacy
* Support distributor reps with account visits, product presentations, and promotions
* Ensure NEFT is merchandised and activated according to brand guidelines
* Provide regular feedback on account performance, competitor activity, and opportunities
* Represent NEFT Vodka at trade events, tastings, and industry functions
* Maintain a strong field presence, spending the majority of time visiting accounts
* Be in the field with customers 80% of the time, managing account visits, activations, and relationship development.
Qualifications & Experience
Required:
* 3+ years' experience in the spirits, wine, or premium drinks industry
* Understanding of London's on-trade and distributor landscape
* Confident in customer-facing roles with strong communication skills
* Self-starter with the ability to manage time and priorities in the field
* Passionate about premium spirits and hospitality
* Full UK driving licence or excellent transport access across London
* Available for evening and weekend work for events and activations
Preferred:
* Experience working with or for a spirits distributor or supplier
* Background in hospitality or bartending with solid spirits knowledge
* Familiarity with brand activation or trade marketing.
