This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in structured yet fast‑paced environments, supporting governance, change control, and information management activities across high‑profile Defence programmes.
Responsibilities
* Establish and maintain robust change control processes and governance frameworks.
* Receive, log, and track change requests, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure all changes are properly reviewed and approved.
* Facilitate change control board meetings, prepare data for decision‑making, and communicate updates to management and project teams.
* Support wider PMO responsibilities, ensuring documentation accuracy, compliance, and consistent reporting across programmes.
Qualifications
* Proven experience managing change control and information management processes within large or secure programmes.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess the impact of change on scope, cost, and schedule.
* Excellent communication, organisation, and documentation management skills.
* Proficient in Excel and SharePoint, with the ability to handle data and reporting efficiently.
* Adaptable, proactive, and capable of working under pressure in evolving environments.
* Must hold active DV clearance for work on secure government accounts.
