They are currently on the lookout for a Senior Designer to join their successful and expanding design team. With decades of experience and thousands of homes built, this company leads the way in designing and supplying high-quality, energy-efficient residential properties, ranging from unique one-off self-builds to small-scale developments. As a Senior Designer, you will: Design and develop bespoke timber frame homes and residential schemes. Translate client vision into clear, buildable technical designs using Revit and AutoCAD. Liaise with project managers and occasionally clients to understand their brief. Produce high-quality technical drawings and specifications. Prepare and coordinate building control applications, including condition discharge. Contribute to the refinement and implementation of Revit workflows and standards. Collaborate closely with internal manufacturing and construction teams. We are looking for a Senior Designer who has: Strong experience using Revit and AutoCAD. A solid understanding of timber frame construction and detailing. Good working knowledge of UK building regulations and CDM requirements. A creative yet practical mindset, with a keen eye for technical accuracy. Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
