Summary:
The Claims Handler will be responsible for managing and processing a portfolio of claims, including property damage, public and employers liability. This role involves investigating claims, assessing liability and quantum, and ensuring timely and accurate resolution. The Role:
1. Claims Investigation: Conduct initial investigations of casualty claims, including gathering relevant documentation and information.

3. Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with Clients, Claimants, insurance adjusters, legal representatives and other stakeholders throughout the claims process.
4. Documentation: Ensure all claims are accurately documented and updated in the claims management system.
5. Compliance: Adhere to all legal and regulatory requirements related to claims handling.
6. Resolution: Assist in negotiating settlements and resolving claims in a timely and efficient manner.
