The Local Authority and Governors of Coed Y Dderwen Primary School are seeking to appoint an outstanding, enthusiastic and committed Learning Support Assistant to work flexibly within the KS2 Learning Resource Base and the well-established Foundation Phase Learning Resource Base at the school.
The LRB classes provide a learning environment for up to 10 pupils who have complex learning difficulties. You must be able to work as part of a team, have good communication skills, and be prepared to undertake appropriate specialist training in social communication and complex learning needs.
The successful candidates, although employed by the Local Authority, will work under the direction of the Headteacher within a classroom setting.
