The Dispute Resolution Associate will be:
3. Managing a varied caseload of commercial dispute matters with appropriate supervision
4. Building strong client relationships and managing expectations on outcomes and risks
5. Scoping fees and developing market expertise
6. Growing internal and external networks and representing the firm at events
7. Supporting junior team members
The Successful Applicant
The Dispute Resolution Associate should be:
8. A solicitor or legal executive with 3-5 years PQE in commercial dispute resolution
9. Able to manage files independently and delegate effectively
10. A strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
