My client is a large FM and maintenance company who are seeking a qualified and experienced Air Conditioning engineer to join a team on a mobile basis covering a portfolio of commercial sites in Coventry. Hours of work are Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities:
1. Working on a portfolio of mixed commercial sites
2. Carrying out all the servicing & some maintenance of commercial air-conditioning and refrigeration units
3. Working on various air conditioning systems - VRV/VRFs, split & multi-split systems
4. As a service engineer, you will cover air handling, air conditioning & refrigeration
5. Complete all paperwork and documentation in a timely and accurate manner
6. Adhere to Health & Safety guidelines
Required Qualifications:
1. NVQ level 2 (min) in Air-conditioning and refrigeration
2. Experience with VRV's, VRF's, chillers, and air handling units
3. F Gas 2079/2089 qualified and NVQ Level 3 in AC
4. Commercial experience in Building Services or FM background
5. Air conditioning and refrigeration knowledge
6. Flexible with a positive attitude and approach
7. 17th Edition (highly desired)
