The Role
We’re looking for an E‑commerce Executive to support our E‑commerce Channel Manager in running the day‑to‑day operations across Amazon, Walmart, Shopify and other marketplaces. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll get exposure to the full ecommerce stack from listing management and order fulfilment to CRO support. You’ll be the operational backbone that keeps our channels running smoothly while learning the strategic side of multi‑channel ecommerce.
What You’ll Do
Marketplace Operations (Amazon, eBay & Walmart)
* Upload and maintain product listings across platforms, ensuring accuracy in titles, descriptions, images, and pricing
* Monitor listing health and flag issues before they impact sales
* Coordinate with the team to resolve listing errors, suppressed ASINs, or compliance issues
* Support the reporting of performance data
* Assist with product page updates, content uploads, and site merchandising
* Make theme edits and tweaks for promotional campaigns
* Support landing page creation and seasonal campaign execution
* Conduct regular site QA checking links, images, pricing, and customer journey
* Help coordinate A/B tests and CRO experiments
Cross‑functional Support
* Coordinate with brand and creative team on image and content requirements
* Support email/CRM agency with campaign asset preparation
* Assist with product launch coordination across channels
* Handle ad‑hoc projects as the business requires
Who You Are
Experience & Skills
* Minimum of 3 years in an ecommerce brand or agency environment
* Hands‑on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Shopify (essential)
* Familiarity with eBay and other marketplaces
* Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets (required)
* Have exposure to ecommerce analytics like Amazon Seller analytics and GA4 (required)
* Understanding of product listing best practices and how that relates to CRO and SEO
* Have used e‑commerce CRM (like Klaviyo)
