Overview
Support the London Admin Hub by accurate, efficient and timely execution of essential operational activities that support inviting women for breast screening and scheduling of clinics and appointments, under the direction of the Office Manager.
Responsibilities
* Liaise closely with other Administration/Data Officers/Clinical admin officers to integrate functions and provide cover for periods of short‑term absence.
* Develop knowledge and ability to provide cover for key elements of other departmental work, as specified by the Office Manager.
* Deliver support services in line with Trust and NHS Breast Screening Programme (NHSBSP) guidelines and targets.
* Use experience and judgment to provide appropriate advice and guidance, referring to the Office Manager as necessary.
* Contribute and innovate as a member of the London Breast Screening Admin Hub Service team.
* Work within a shift pattern including weekends and late evenings to cover the Hub telephone call centre and admin tasks.
