ABOUT THE JOB

* You’ll be assigned a Learning Coach to guide you towards achieving a Level 3 Travel Consultant qualification. 20% of your workweek will be dedicated to online learning, assessments, and updating your portfolio.

* An understanding of what ‘excellent customer service’ looks like and confidence to deliver it.
* Strong commitment and drive to achieve goals.
* A team player who engages and collaborates with customers and colleagues.
* An organized individual who takes pride in their work and its delivery.
* A passion for working within tourism and a desire to grow and develop.
* Self-motivated, willing to act on feedback, and takes ownership of personal development.
* Determined and committed to learning and working in-store to achieve a Level 3 Travel Consultant qualification.
* Grades 9–4 GCSE English and Math or equivalent are preferred.
* Flexibility to work variable shifts, including evenings and weekends, with shifts shared 4 weeks in advance.
