Digital Transformation Project Manager
Location: Warwick - Hybrid with travel to other locations

Our client, a leading organisation in the energy industry, is seeking a skilled and experienced People Digital Transformation Project Manager. You will lead the delivery of the People Digital Transformation (PDT) programme, ensuring alignment of HR policies, processes, and systems. Reporting to the Group PDT programme lead and the head of integration, you will play a key role in project activities.
The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in managing HR transformations, especially within large-scale acquisitions and integrations. Experience with SuccessFactors and ServiceNow is essential, along with strong change management and communication skills.
Key responsibilities:
1. Lead the PDT programme, aligning with business objectives and integration activities.
2. Develop and implement a transformation plan fostering continuous improvement.
3. Drive change management initiatives for the new People operating model.
4. Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders for buy-in and alignment.
5. Manage end-to-end deployment of People systems, including planning and risk management.
6. Establish KPIs to measure transformation success.
7. Ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
