Job Title: Receptionist


Job Summary:

Join our team as a Receptionist where you will be the welcoming face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and vital administrative support. We are looking for a professional individual with strong organizational skills to ensure the smooth operation of our front desk.


Responsibilities:

1. Warmly greet and welcome guests, creating a positive first impression
2. Answer incoming calls promptly and direct them to the appropriate personnel
3. Manage incoming and outgoing mail efficiently
4. Maintain a clean and inviting reception area for visitors
5. Support clerical tasks such as typing, data entry, and filing documents
6. Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks
7. Schedule and organize appointments effectively
8. Respond to inquiries and provide information to visitors courteously
9. Collaborate with various departments to facilitate seamless operations
10. Update databases using Google Suite and other office software


Requirements:

* Proficient in Google Suite for efficient data management
* Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
* Experience with QuickBooks is advantageous
* Exceptional organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks effectively
* Familiarity with office procedures and clerical duties
* Competent in computerized systems for record keeping
* Prior administrative experience is a plus
