About the role: As a Care & Support Assistant, you will provide the highest quality of individual care to our residents, enabling them to live later life well. You will deliver housekeeping and domestic support across the estate, including apartment cleans. Duties will include supporting residents in activities that promote their health and wellbeing, helping them book appointments, arrange transport, escort them on visits, and assist with shopping. Every day will be diverse, offering opportunities to use your people skills to make a real difference.
About you:
* You will be a warm, friendly individual, ideally with some experience in a care or support environment. You should have a passion for enhancing the wellbeing and happiness of older people and enjoy working as part of a team in a busy setting.
* You will be driven to deliver excellent customer service.
* You should want to work in the Health and Social Care sector, preferably holding a QCF Health and Social Care (Adults) Level 2 qualification. However, consideration will be given to candidates with alternative qualifications and relevant experience.

Cherrett Court is a Retirement Living Plus development with 46 apartments for those over 70, offering excellent facilities within beautiful grounds. The role includes earning up to an additional £1.30 per hour for evening and weekend shifts.
