Job Responsibilities Deliver 1st & 2nd line technical support to staff and students, ensuring minimal disruption to learning. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently. Escalate complex technical incidents where necessary and follow up to resolution. Maintain and update IT systems, documentation, and asset records. Support projects, upgrades, and routine maintenance across the IT infrastructure. Provide excellent customer service, ensuring users feel supported and informed. About You Proven experience in a 2nd Line Support role. Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, Office 365, and network environments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive, solution-focused approach with strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
