Noble Recruiting are currently recruiting a confident and experienced Managing Surveyor to join our friendly and proactive Client in Brentwood, Essex.
Due to the nature of our roles, candidates must be a UK Resident residing within the local area. Please note we cannot offer visa sponsorship for overseas candidates.

Your responsibilities include:
* Survey fire compartmentation and already-installed product systems / doors inside commercial and domestic buildings, identifying defects in accordance with regulations and manufacturers’ product data sheets and installation requirements.
* Record and review surveys on designated recording software.
* Maintain a clean, safe working environment (including tools/equipment), leaving the site clean and secure at the end of each working shift.
* Liaise with client representatives while onsite.
* Schedule surveys, produce RAMS, book/order equipment required, allocate labour; workflow data and reports, liaising with colleagues in Surveying and Estimating.
* Process fire door and passive fire protection survey data for pricing by Estimating department.
* Produce survey reports including remedial actions required by reference to relevant standards.
* Undertake site visits, identifying requirements, scope, and extent, for pricing survey quotations.
* Communicate our quality standards to clients through reporting and meetings.
* Focus on developing business through promotion of complementary services and repeating services (e.g. PPM)
You will need:
·Confident and outgoing individual.
·Knowledge of working practices in respect of ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001 standards and accreditations.
·Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
·Recent experience in a similar position.
·Comfortable working in a fast paced, high-pressure environment where accuracy is non-negotiable.
·Driver with own transport is essential due to the location of the Offices.
