Financial Controller, Holywood with Hybrid £56k + Benefits (Pension, Health Cash Plan) We are working with a successful NI organisation to recruit for their new Financial Controller to join them on a permanent basis, with the option for hybrid working and additional working benefits. Reporting to the Finance Director you will play a key role in ensuring group accounting services are fit for purpose, in line with best practice across the sector and compliant with internal policies and all relevant legal and regulatory requirements. Duties will include; Support the Director in the strategic direction of the Finance department, including to regularly evaluate service provision and implement solutions as appropriate to strengthen financial controls Enhance service quality and ensure the delivery of efficient, effective and customer focused accounting services Ensure the timely production and dissemination of financial and related information required for statutory, regulatory and contractual compliance purposes Manage the accounting services function, ensuring all employees comply with all policies and procedures and with regulatory and statutory requirements What we are looking for Degree educated and member of recognised accountancy body 3 + years experience in staff leadership Experienced in accounts production (£10m + turnover) Confident IT skills Experience of developing and successfully implementing financial systems is desirable For more information, please get in contact or apply now and we can reach out to arrange a call.
