Learning Manager
Middlesbrough | Full- time | Secondary Setting
Are you a pro at building trust, setting boundaries, and guiding students to make better choices— both in and out of the classroom?
We’re looking for a dedicated Learning Manager to join a dynamic Middlesbrough secondary school.
This isn’t just a behaviour role— it’s about shaping mindsets, supporting progress, and making sure no student slips through the cracks.
You’ll be part of a forward- thinking pastoral team, working closely with staff and students to create a calm, positive, and purposeful school environment.
From managing behaviour interventions to leading small group sessions, you’ll be at the heart of student success.
What you’ll need:
Previous experience in a school- based support or pastoral role
A calm, confident approach to managing behaviour
The ability to mentor, motivate and connect with young people
Strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to student wellbeing
A flexible mindset— no two days will be the same!
What you’ll get:
A full- time, long- term role in a supportive and welcoming school
The chance to make a real difference in the lives of students
Weekly pay and your own friendly Protocol consultant
Ongoing training and development to boost your impact
This is the perfect opportunity for someone ready to step up, lead with empathy, and help students thrive.
