To help them get the most out of every day, we’re looking for someone who is local to the area, familiar with local amenities, and who holds a full UK driving licence. About You We're seeking someone who is not only compassionate and dependable but who also brings experience in: Supporting individuals with autism and complex needs Managing epilepsy and understanding associated health needs Responding to behaviours that challenge with confidence and empathy Promoting mental health and emotional wellbeing You’ll need to be calm, adaptable, and emotionally resilient—someone who listens, understands, and can build a genuine connection. What the Role Involves Working on a 2:1 basis, you’ll deliver high-quality, person-centred care in a home and community setting.
