📍 West Lothian
🕘 Mon-Fri, 9am-5:30pm (½ hour lunch)

We're partnering with a long-standing client who's looking for an experienced Customer Service Administrator with exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a proactive mindset. 🧩 What You'll Be Doing

As the first point of contact and the hub of the helpdesk, you'll keep everything moving with efficiency and professionalism. Your daily responsibilities include:

Handling incoming calls with clarity, calmness, and confidence
Logging helpdesk queries accurately and ensuring nothing is missed
Coordinating engineers and contractors to keep services running smoothly
Providing updates to clients - always keeping them informed and reassured
Creating reports, preparing quotes, and maintaining organised records
Using initiative to resolve issues, prioritise tasks, and escalate where appropriate🧠 What You Bring

Experience in a facilities helpdesk or fast‑paced admin role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and Teams
