Are you an experienced Support Worker ready to step into leadership? Or already a Team Leader looking for a fresh challenge?
Aspirations Care is launching a brand-new intensive support service in Ellesmere Port, and we’re looking for a confident, motivated, and compassionate Team Leader to help shape the future of the service and lead from the front.
As a Team Leader, you'll play a vital role in supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex behaviours, guiding your team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care in a safe, positive, and empowering environment.
About the Role:
* Lead a team of Support Workers to deliver outstanding care and support.
* Mentor and coach staff, ensuring professional development and effective team performance.
* Take the lead on daily operations, ensuring compliance with CQC standards and safeguarding protocols.
* Manage care plans, risk assessments, and medication administration accurately.
* Promote independence and active community involvement for the people we support.
* Handle day-to-day issues and escalate concerns appropriately.
* Support with rota planning, shift leadership, and staff communication.
About You:
* Previous experience in a senior support role or team leadership position.
* Strong knowledge of supporting people with learning disabilities, autism, or mental health needs.
* Confident in leading a team and working under pressure.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Commitment to upholding person-centred care and promoting dignity and respect.
* A proactive, solution-focused attitude with great attention to detail.
