Operations Team Lead £30,000 to £35,000 (DOE) 33 days holiday (inc bank), free parking, health benefits Birmingham The Role Are you an experienced AV professional looking for your next challenge in a fast-paced, hands-on environment? As an Operations Team Leader, you’ll play a central role in ensuring our warehouse and equipment are maintained to the highest standards, ready to support a wide variety of live events. You’ll lead and motivate a small team, oversee warehouse operations, and support event delivery when needed.
