Benchmark Staffing Solutions is looking to speak to experienced Recruitment Consultants who are perhaps not feeling fulfilled in their existing role and are looking to move away from BD.
Our client is seeking a consultant to come in and resource initially with plenty of incoming work, before moving into Account Management. The consultant will ultimately be managing warm accounts and ensuring those accounts reach their maximum potential, as well as qualifying and filling roles that come off the back of those.
Experience in any most recruitment industries would be considered
Salary will be c.£28,000 plus commission.
There is no cold BD required with this role, though as the consultant's career progresses, this is an avenue which is open to them, should they wish to do so.
