A vacancy has arisen within the Boeing contract for a Functional Operative based atWattisham, near Ipswich in Suffolk. This critical role involves leading a small teamwhile driving operational performance and ensuring strict compliance with all companystandards.
How you create impact
Reporting to a Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operation:
Team Leadership & Deputisation: You will assist in the day-to-daymanagement of a team of up to five staff, supporting departmental processes,and will deputise for the Team Leader in their absence.
Performance and KPI Management:
o Review daily performance of your team to ensure that all internal and customer KPIs associated with the team are achieved.
o Compile, distribute, and discuss productivity and performance reports with the team to assess, review, and improve operational performance.
o Actively communicate with other agencies to achieve joint goals.
Policy and Compliance Adherence:
o Ensure strict adherence to Company standards as detailed in the Code of Conduct Policy, and complete compliance with Safe Working Practices.
o Promote the Companys policies on Quality, Health and Safety, and Environment (QSHE principles), and help drive continuousimprovement.
