Experience & Qualifications
* Certification: Phius Certified Consultant (CPHC®)
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
* Experience: 7+ years of direct, professional experience with Building Enclosures
Your Key Responsibilities
* Manage projects of varying sizes and complexities with guidance from supervisors.
* Deliver high-quality building science services across all projects.
* Lead the creation of project plans, details, and specifications.
* Maintain clear communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
* Analyze and design roofing and cladding systems, ensuring optimal performance.
* Delegate tasks to team members as needed.
* Prepare comprehensive technical reports, documenting findings and recommendations.
* Seek new client opportunities and develop proposals for leadership review.
* Engage in industry events to promote BES and enhance your professional development.
* Understand and interpret proposals and contract requirements.

Additional Requirements
CAD Proficiency:
* Strong experience with AutoCAD is highly desired.
Physical Requirements:
* Ability to climb ladders up to 30 ft.
* Lift and carry up to 50 lbs independently.
* Stand and walk for up to 6 hours on job sites.
* Bend, squat, kneel, and maneuver around various job site conditions.
Equipment Used:
* Confidently use all required personal protective equipment (PPE) after training.
* Operate scissor lifts, swing staging, ladders, and other job site equipment post-training.
* Utilize various power tools effectively.
* Drive a company van to and from job sites.
