Job Description
As a Customer Service Team Leader you will be working in the experience department the position will be extremely hands on with customers and ensuring the team are up holding the five star customer rating.You will be involved with monitoring the customer journey and handling inbound calls from customers and dealing with any escalations.You will be ensuring the team are exceeding targets and kpis motivating the department and handling any issues if they do arrise.The role will be working closely with the Customer Journey Manager implementing new processes and policy's as the business grows further.

Previous Team Leader and Supervisory experience Extremely customer centric Excellent team management skillsFlexible and be prepared to be hands on within the role dealing with customers Outstanding communication skills
