Marina Developments Ltd (MDL Marinas) is the UKs leading marina operator. We are looking for a Financial Controller to join our finance team based at The Yacht Club. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting our customers and driving the success of our marinas.

The role will include but not limited to:

1. Toberesponsibleandaccountablefortheday-to-dayoperationalfinanceofMDLsbusiness operations, ensuring key controls are maintained throughout the business.
2. You will overview, design and manage the workflows of the finance team to ensure deadlines, both internal and statutory are met on time.
3. Youwillsupportyourlinemanagerwiththemaintenanceofexternalrelationshipse.g., accountants and advisors, banks, HMRC, lawyers etc.
4. Manage the finance team including one-to-ones, PDRs, objective setting and performance
