What We're Looking For:
🔹 Minimum 5 - 10 years' experience in structural steelwork design
🔹 Degree-educated, working towards incorporated or chartered status
🔹 Extensive experience in structural steelwork frame, member, and connection design
🔹 Proficiency in design software including Tekla Structural Designer, Tekla Portal Designer, Masterseries, S-Frame, and Idea Statica
🔹 Ability to produce both manual and software design calculations
🔹 Strong knowledge of British and European design standards/codes
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Manage projects independently or collaboratively within the design team
🔹 Work to company QA procedures and design budgets
🔹 Coordinate information with clients, engineers, architects, and subcontractors
🔹 Attend and conduct project meetings
🔹 Assist in training graduate design engineers
🔹 Contribute to continuous business improvement
