JOB PURPOSE
To provide on-site residential management of Greenacres, ensuring the building is well presented and compliant, to carry out responsive repairs and to work alongside the property manager to ensure the smooth running of the property.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
To conform and comply with directions issued by the employer or the Managing Agent.
To maintain the buildings and monitor the communal areas & grounds
To clean the communal hallways as per the scope to be provided
Report to Managing Agents informing of any problems arising and any resident complaints.
To be a communication channel for residents and visitors and operate a reliable system whereby Residents can contact the Estate Manager at all times during working hours.
To deal with problems arising at the Estate in relation to day-to-day management as agreed with the employer or the Managing Agent
Render such assistance to the Residents as may be reasonably required in emergency situations, with exception to issues relating to the wellbeing of Residents. Any health issues, falls or emergencies be reported via 111 or 999
Notifying the Managing Agent with regards sickness or annual leave requests
Oversee the gardeners, contractors and suppliers who visit the site to ensure the areas they are working on are left in good condition
Oversee the Cleaning Company - ensure that the specific details of the cleaning requirements are adhered to.

Pay: £30,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
