This is a high-impact role at the heart of our employee engagement strategy, working directly with senior leaders across the firm. You'll own the communications strategy that brings to life our skills-first narrative, fosters a strong and inclusive culture, and supports a sense of purpose across the organisation. You’ll also play a key role as a Senior Manager in the Corporate Affairs function working closely with Media Relations, Stakeholder Relations, Social and Community Engagement colleagues to align the people and culture comms strategy with broader firmwide initiatives and activities. What your days will look like Strategy Leadership: Develop and execute a cohesive internal communications strategy, aligning with business priorities and workforce goals. Collaborative Narratives: Work with People Function leaders to create a unified, compelling narrative around our skills-first approach. Cultural Integration: Design communications that instill our values - quality, inclusion, and purpose - across the employee journey. Sensitive Messaging: Partner with Culture, Inclusion, and Wellbeing leaders on high-impact communications, ensuring respectful and effective messaging. Channel Optimisation: Produce engaging content through diverse mediums (intranet, video, townhalls) to reach and resonate with all employees. Leadership and Mentorship: Act as a trusted advisor and mentor within Corporate Affairs, driving impactful projects and team development. This role is for you if You have demonstrated success in senior internal communications roles within complex, fast-paced organisations. You have a strong background in people-centric communications and driving culture transformation, ideally within workforce engagement or HR transformation contexts. You have the ability to think strategically, connecting initiatives and aligning teams with overarching organisational goals. You possess superior writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences and formats. You are skilled in navigating sensitive topics and collaborating with senior leaders with discretion and emotional intelligence. You are proactive and capable of influencing outcomes through cross-functional teamwork, fostering an inclusive, purpose-driven culture.
