Salary: Grade 3 - £27,254 - £33,699 (£21,217.91 - £26,235.50 actual) and SEN Allowance £1,722 pro rata

Education Impact Academy Trust is a MAT incorporating The Hive College, Wilson Stuart School, Queensbury School and Mayfield School. The Hive College is based in Erdington, Birmingham and is a Specialist Further Education College for learners aged 19-25 years with Special Educational Needs and disabilities. In November 2023 we were graded Outstanding in every single aspect of an Ofsted Inspection.

Key Responsibilities
* Support the work placement team in meeting the needs of all students, including mentoring, pastoral care and assisting with the physical care of students as and when required.
* Work with individuals and small groups of students.
* Support students in the workplace and whilst out in the community.
Qualifications and Experience
* An NVQ Level 3 Vocational or Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
* Minimum GCSE English and Maths Grade C and above (or equivalent).
* Good understanding of how students learn and develop in education.
* Excellent communication and written skills with high expectations of learning and behaviour.
