Lecturer in Electrical Installation
£33,742 - £42,182 per annum
Responsibilities
* Teaching across level 1 to level 3 qualification, both practical and theory
* Monitoring attendance and behaviour
* Marking of exams and assessments
* Progressing the learner tracker and enrichment experience
* Various upskilling opportunities e.g., assessor awards and short courses
* Promotion of professional behaviours within the classroom
Qualifications
* Qualified in Electrical Installation to a level 3 NVQ standard, or willing to work towards
* Hold a teaching qualification at L5 or be willing to work towards
* Passionate and driven to inspire learners to achieve
* Possess excellent communication skills to effectively work across different levels
* Working collaboratively to achieve shared goals within the team and the wider college
