Customer Service Specialist Job Location: Poole, Dorset Job Type: Permanent Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum, depending on experience Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday 8am – 4.30pm / 8.30am – 5pm Benefits: 25 days holiday Bank holidays; Pension; Private medical cover; employee assistance program; health cash back plan A leading manufacturing company are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Specialist on a permanent basis to join their friendly, busy and hardworking team based in Poole. This is a busy, hands-on role where you will be dealing with customer calls, emails and general administration. Within this role your key tasks will include; * Dealing with inbound and outbound calls (approx. 20 – 30 call per day) * Managing customer accounts * Liaising with customers to solve any enquiries or issues * Following up with customers to ensure they have received the best service * Providing quotations and processing orders * Logging and resolving customer complaints * Liaising with other internal departments to provide updates * Maintaining accurate customer records The successful applicant will: * Have previous experience in providing excellent customer service * Order processing / Sales administration experience * Have excellent attention to detail, highly organised and have a ‘can do’ attitude * Excellent phone manner and confidence dealing with diverse customers * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams) If you are an experienced Customer Service Specialist who wants to work with a well-established company, please contact our Recruitment Team on (phone number removed) or send your CV.
