Are you passionate about driving data-informed decision-making in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? Join our Business Intelligence team at Future as a Business Intelligence Manager, and play a crucial role in enhancing performance for our Go.Compare brand.
The Business Intelligence team is at the forefront of guiding our organization to become more data-driven. Our ability to swiftly adapt to market changes gives us a competitive edge. By ensuring visibility of objective performance data, we empower our teams to make rapid, informed decisions that enhance overall performance.
Our Mission is to make sure that everyone across the organisation has the right information, at the right time, and in the right way to enable them to make informed decisions.
This hands-on role involves delivering comprehensive reporting, analytical insights, and decision support to our Go.Compare business. You will collaborate with strategic decision-makers across Go.Compare to explore commercial opportunities and deliver high-impact projects with various teams, including Channel Development, Partnerships, Product, SEO and Performance Marketing.
Experience that will put you ahead of the curve…
* Experience as a BI Manager or similar analytic manager role, preferably in an affiliate ecommerce environment
* Line management experience of a small team OR leadership skills and ability to support, motivate and coach team members
* Strong ability to work with and convey insights to stakeholders at all levels, technical and non-technical
* Demonstrated ability to develop detailed domain knowledge
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills and ability to develop insightful and user-friendly reports and analyses
* Proficient with SQL, data modelling and ETL processes
* Proficient with either a Google or Microsoft tech stack, and willingness to learn more BigQuery, Dataform, Looker / Looker (Data) Studio, MS SQL Server, SSIS, SSAS, Power BI

The expected range for this role is £48,000 - £70,000
This is a Hybrid role from our Cardiff OR Bath Office, working three days from the office, two from home
