Provide high touch personalised service to your customers:
-Own and service your customer travel booking in line with their travel policy and maintain customer relationships / customer retention.
-Maintain financial invoicing, back office, and monitor client payment where applicable.
Have the power to market yourself and your services with abundant access to collateral, content and templates to elevate your message.
Networking and invitations to supplier events, including opportunities for fam trips, top achiever trips and conference, plus more.
Knowledge of travel booking systems
Sales and marketing skills are a Plus, but note essential
Personal travel experience is an advantage
Experience in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant sector of travel
