Responsibilities:
1. Leading large-scale projects within the organization
2. Create and maintain clear technical documentation and standards
3. Business IT consultancy to ensure the introduction of services that are reliable and secured by design
4. Research, evaluate, and guide the adoption of emerging technologies to enhance connectivity and inform technical strategy
5. Ensure solutions align with architectural standards and comply with IT Security, Privacy, and Quality requirements
6. Mentor engineers and actively contribute to internal and external technical communities.
7. Design, implement, and continuously improve wireless solutions, including enhancements and remediation
8. Design and deliver enterprise wireless networks for commercial office, warehouse, manufacturing, and OT environments.
9. Perform or oversee remote wireless site assessments, including predictive modeling and on-site or remote passive, active, validation, spectrum analysis, and RF survey troubleshooting using Ekahau.
10. Develop heatmaps, capacity models, and channel/power plans aligned to business density and application requirements (voice, video, IoT, handheld scanners, etc.).
11. Design for high-availability, roaming performance, and application reliability across global deployments
12. Integrate wireless with wired infrastructure, NAC, segmentation, and security policy.
13. Troubleshoot complex RF and client performance issues using packet capture and RF analytics
14. Create standards, design templates, and documentation for scalable global rollout.
15. Support OT use cases, including industrial scanners, mobile carts, robotics, and emerging IoT connectivity
What you need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):
16. At least 10 years of experience in network engineering
17. Advanced proficiency with Ekahau (predictive modeling, survey execution, report generation, spectrum analysis)
18. Deep understanding of a/b/g/n/ac/ax fundamentals, RF propagation, channel planning, DFS, roaming behavior, and client dynamics
19. Experience designing for high-density office, warehouse racking environments, and industrial/OT spaces with challenging RF conditions
20. Experience with controller-based and cloud-managed wireless platforms (, Cisco, Meraki)
21. Demonstrate familiarity with wireless location services design and validation, including RTLS, BLE beacons, and asset tracking solutions
22. Strong knowledge of wireless security (WPA3,, RADIUS, segmentation, policy enforcement)
23. Experience with NAC platforms (Cisco ISE, Forescout CounterACT, etc.)
24. Ability to translate business/application requirements into real-world wireless design
25. Familiarity with warehouse scanning workflows and latency-sensitive applications
26. Strong hands-on experience in routing, switching, wireless, segmentation, NAC, etc.
27. Strong communication skills with multiple examples of being able to convey complex ideas in a manner that resulted in a definitive direction and result

Education Requirements:
