Day to Day: Estimating costs for Bills of Quantities (B.O.Q.) and work schedules. Conducting precise measurements and take-offs for projects. Preparing and managing tender submissions. Performing site remeasurements to ensure accuracy. Calculating and submitting project variations to the design team. Compiling monthly valuations and settling final accounts. Experience A third-level qualification in Quantity Surveying. A minimum of 3 years' professional experience as a Quantity Surveyor. A valid full driving license.
