Our client does not provide visas or sponsorship THE ROLE As a key member of the team, you'll report to the Director and support the team across a variety of projects, gaining valuable exposure from inception to completion. We need a professional eager to learn, contribute, and grow within the firm. RESPONSIBILITIES Project Support: Assisting the Senior and Associate team leads on diverse projects, including commercial, residential, education, and mixed-use developments. Core Cost Management: Applying your developing expertise in both pre and post-contract cost management with exposure to JCT or NEC contracts. Client Communication: Working closely with project management teams to gather data and contribute expert advice on cost-related matters. Developing Expertise: Focusing on accurate cost reporting, tender analysis, and administering contract procedures. REQUIREMENTS A degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management is required. Experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Assistant Quantity Surveyor in a PQS/consultancy environment is essential. You are actively working towards your MRICS Chartership or have the clear goal of achieving it soon. 2-5 years post qualification (degree) experience. The desire to excel, contribute immediately, and eventually progress into a Senior/Associate-level role. SALARY AND BENEFITS Salary: A highly competitive salary of £32,000 - £38,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualification progress.
