Web Analyst/ UX Analyst

Role Responsibilities
* Contribute to the UX strategy by examining user behaviour and site performance to deliver clear insights and recommendations for A/B and multivariate testing.
* Support in planning, running, and evaluating experiments, including A/B and multivariate tests.
* Keep informed on CRO best practices, and user behaviour insights
* Work closely with UX, Design, and Development teams to bring test concepts to life.
* Leverage analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, and similar tools to identify areas to improve conversion.
* Assist in building and updating dashboards, as well as producing regular reports on key conversion indicators.
About You
* Experienced digital analytics, UX, and making decisions backed by data. Ideally within an D2C Digital environment.
* Ideally have knowledge of CMS platforms and basic HTML.
* Experience with tools like Google Analytics and Excel, ideally have experience in SQL or other data tools.
* Analytically minded as well as creative – a natural balance.
* Skilled at communicating insights in a clear and accessible way.
* Proactive, motivated, and excited to develop in a fast-moving environment.
