Responsibilities:
1. Processing purchase invoices
2. Gaining authorisation
3. Liaising with line managers for authorisation
4. Organising payments
5. Allocating transactions onto the system
6. General finance-related duties
Ideal Candidate:
1. Previous experience within a purchase ledger function
2. Experience dealing with high-volume invoice processing
3. Strong communication skills at all levels
4. Good IT skills, including Excel
5. Able to work to deadlines
6. Team player
