We’re looking for a Client Onboarding Analyst to support client onboarding and account maintenance activities in a fast-paced financial services environment.
What you’ll be doing:
* Managing client onboarding and system setup requests
* Updating signatories and ensuring all documentation is complete
* Working closely with internal teams to support account opening and maintenance
* Handling queries efficiently and meeting tight deadlines
* Processing client instructions accurately and escalating risks where needed
* Following internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
* Delivering a high level of client service
What we’re looking for:
* Experience in client onboarding, operations, or financial services
* Strong attention to detail and communication skills
* Ability to manage deadlines in a regulated environment
