We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Associate Director - Highways Engineer to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities
* Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of engineers and specialists.
* Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous professional development.
* Oversee the planning, design, and delivery of highways and transport projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
* Manage resources effectively to meet project deadlines and budgets.
* Identify new opportunities and contribute to the expansion of the Transport and Highways portfolio.
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
* Provide technical guidance and ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in transport and highways engineering.
About You:
* Chartered Engineer (CEng) or equivalent, with significant experience in highways engineering.
* Proven track record in team leadership and business development.
* Strong technical expertise in highways and transport design, planning, and delivery.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
* Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and multidisciplinary teams.
