Job Description
Key responsibilities:

4. Implement effective strategies to ensure timely payment of debts
5. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations
6. Generate and present reports to senior management regarding the company's credit status
7. Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and systems
8. Handle escalated debt situations
9. Monitor changes in the credit industry and adopt best practices
10. Provide training and guidance to the credit control team
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate requires:
11. Credit Control Manager experience required
12. Experience implementing new systems
13. Proven experience in credit control within the FMCG industry
14. Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively
15. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
16. Proficiency in using credit management software
17. A thorough understanding of credit-related laws
