We are currently supporting a large, complex operational organisation that is going through a significant transformation programme and investing heavily in its Health & Safety function.

As part of this investment, they are looking to appoint a Health & Safety Co-Ordinator as well as Health & Safety Advisor on an initial 6-month contract, with a strong possibility of extension.
This is an excellent opportunity to join an organisation that is strengthening its safety culture and building out its H&S team, with further H&S hires planned.
The Role
The Health & Safety Co-Ordinator will support day-to-day safety operations across a multi-service environment, helping to ensure strong compliance, proactive risk management, and a positive safety culture.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct workplace inspections and safety audits to identify potential hazards
Support the organisation in maintaining compliance with health and safety legislation
Prepare and maintain risk assessments, incident reports, and safety documentation
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, identifying root causes and preventative actions
Deliver safety inductions and training where required
Promote and support a positive health and safety culture across operational teams
About You
Experience working in a Health & Safety role within an operational environment
Confident conducting risk xsngvjr assessments and site inspections
Good knowledge of UK health & safety legislation
Strong communication skills and the ability to influence safety behaviours
Relevant H&S qualification (NEBOSH or equivalent preferred)
Package
£350 per day
Initial 6-month contract
Strong potential for extension as the H&S team continues to grow
