Job responsibilities
7. Executes standard software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting
8. Writes secure and high-quality code using the syntax of at least one programming language with limited guidance
9. Designs, develops, codes, and troubleshoots with consideration of upstream and downstream systems and technical implications
10. Applies knowledge of tools within the Software Development Life Cycle toolchain to improve the value realized by automation
11. Applies technical troubleshooting to break down solutions and solve technical problems of basic complexity
12. Gathers, analyzes, and draws conclusions from large, diverse data sets to identify problems and contribute to decision-making in service of secure, stable application development
13. Learns and applies system processes, methodologies, and skills for the development of secure, stable code and systems

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
15. Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and applied experience
16. Hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability
17. Experience in developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment with one or more modern programming languages and database querying languages
18. Demonstrable ability to code in one or more languages
19. Experience across the whole Software Development Life Cycle
20. Exposure to agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security
21. Emerging knowledge of software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline (., cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile,
22. Working experience on Micro-Service architecture based application using Java and Spring, strong technical knowledge of Database, Kafka and REST paradigms
23. Hands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability
24. Good understanding of SDLC, continuous build and integration, software design patterns and how to apply them to build maintainable code
