Responsibilities
* Conduct client surveys via phone and video as appropriate.
* Authorize client refunds as required.
* Create and maintain client contract master files.
* Return missed call messages.
* Update and maintain CRM database current.
* Book VIDEO appointments as required.
* Resolve client complaints using approved policies and procedures.
* Process and issue sales receipts to clients as necessary.
* Maintain your work calendar current with appropriate client details at all times.
* Submit daily reports to management as required.
* Complete any other customer service type tasks as assigned by management.

* Experience: Not required
* Languages: English – Advanced
Employment details

* Schedule: Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM
* Salary: £28,000 – £31,000 yearly
