Property Solicitor/ Residential Conveyancer

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Property Solicitor/Conveyancer to join a friendly and growing conveyancing team based in Manchester City Centre.

What you’ll do
- Property Solicitor/Conveyancer to manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters (sales, purchases, leasehold and freehold)
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders and local authorities
- Prepare legal documents including contracts and completion paperwork
- Property Solicitor/ Conveyancer to carry out searches, due diligence and compliance checks
- Handle exchange, completion and post-completion processes
What we’re looking for
- At least 1 year of conveyancing or property law experience
- Strong understanding of residential property transactions
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Ability to manage a busy caseload with strong attention to detail
- Property Solicitor/ Conveyancer to who is organised, proactive and able to work well independently and in a team
