We have an exciting opportunity, for a Stock and Systems Admin, to join our team at the B&M Distribution Centre in Ellesmere Port!
You will report to a Stock & Systems Team Manager and you will be required to have a full understanding of the practices and procedures of each of the main warehouse functions: Inbound, Outbound – Picking & Waving, Stock Management and Dispatch – Loading
Shift Pattern: Sunday to Thursday Nights | 22:00 to 06:00
You will be required to work closely with the loading team to aid the loading process, this will involve:
1. Systemic receipt of vehicles to Warehouse.
2. Ensuring vehicles have been allocated to the bay
3. Correct confirmation of goods to system.
4. Management of inbound schedule.
5. Run and produce reports and KPI’s
6. Resolving any stocking issues preventing stock going to stores
7. Allocating stock to designated bays provided by the loading team
8. Ensuring all work is created and allocated in schedule order
9. Dealing with any issues or scheduling changes that may arise
10. Ensuring an accurate stock file is kept on all products
11. Investigating and dealing with any stock related queries that may arise throughout the shift through to resolution
12. Maintaining the warehouse layout making sure stock is located within its family group
13. Checking to see if any stock is outstanding on the system for each load
14. Ensuring trailers have been allocated to the bay before the loading process begins
15. Correctly managing any stock that is unable to be loaded onto the vehicle for any reason
