Position
Overview:
We are seeking a passionate Part Time Host to join our team.
As the Host at Chotto Matte, you will be the first point of contact for our
guests, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and excellent service from the
moment they arrive.
Responsibilities:
* Welcome
guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
* Manage
reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
* Handle
guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and
efficiency
* Work
closely with the management team to ensure excellent service and guest
satisfaction
Requirements:
* Previous
experience as a restaurant host, preferably in a high-volume restaurant
* Previous
experience with reservation platforms
* Strong
communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent
organizational abilities and attention to detail
* Ability
to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Flexibility
to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
