The Role:
Managing complex minerals and waste applications
Drafting detailed Planning Statements and appeal documentation
Representing clients at hearings and inquiries
Coordinating environmental and technical consultants
Promoting sites through emerging Local Plans
About You:
MRTPI qualified (or very close to completion)
Experience in minerals, waste or infrastructure projects
Strong appeal experience
Excellent written and analytical skills
Commercially aware and client-focused
