What You’ll Do
* Design intuitive, well-crafted experiences across digital products
* Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-quality UI
* Work across the end-to-end design process from discovery through to delivery
* Apply and contribute to design systems and UI patterns
* Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Research to shape solutions
* Use research and data to inform design decisions
* Take part in peer reviews and feedback to improve design quality
* Contribute to improving how design is done across the team
What You’ll Bring
* Strong UI design skills with attention to detail and interaction quality
* Experience designing digital products, ideally for web, app, and eCommerce experiences
* Understanding of UX processes from discovery through to delivery
* Experience using tools such as Figma and working across low- and high-fidelity prototyping
* Experience using research and data to inform design decisions, and clearly explain the rationale
* Comfortable working in agile, multi-disciplinary teams
* Proactive and adaptable, comfortable taking ownership and working across different problems without close direction
